Design Process and Rationale
The goal was to create both a printed and interactive digital version of a magazine, featuring simple functional animations and engaging content. The topic chosen was architecture, and I selected Roman architecture due to its beauty and relevance to modern-day design.
I started by creating a basic layout design in Figma, testing various fonts, and then refined and polished it in InDesign. The design combines modern typography using Lora and Montserrat fonts, strong imagery, and grid layouts to create a visually appealing and readable magazine.

Challenges and Solution
One of the challenges was ensuring the font size was neither too large nor too small while maintaining a visually balanced design. I addressed this by printing out a test sheet to assess readability and adjust the typography accordingly.
Conclusion
This project taught me the process of printing digital magazines in a workshop, highlighting the importance of bleed and its role in ensuring a polished final product. I also gained insight into the limits of animation in InDesign.
